LEGO Serious Play leads participants through a series of questions which go deeper and deeper where each participant builds a model using specially selected LEGO bricks in response to the facilitator’s questions.

These 3D models become the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

LEGO Serious Play meetings stay on topic because the focus is on the bricks, not the person and allows intense discussion without personal conflict.
